Exception: If there’s a genuine mistake from our side (wrong product, incorrect size delivered, or a manufacturing defect), we will take full responsibility and resolve it promptly.
Important: Please take a clear video while unboxing your parcel. This helps us verify and resolve any issues smoothly in case of a genuine concern.

We understand that sometimes, even with all the care in the world, things might not turn out exactly how you imagined. That’s why we have a simple and transparent return and exchange policy that keeps you at the heart of everything.
7 Days Easy Exchange Policy for India
We’re happy to help with exchanges in the following cases:
✅ You received the wrong size, color, or design (applicable on buying standard size)
✅ The product has a genuine manufacturing defect (need unpacking video and high quality photo of it)
NOTE: Return/exchange shipping charges must be covered by the customer.
If any of these happened (we’re so sorry!), just do this:
- Let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order

- We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours to guide you through the next steps
We’ll make sure your piece is either altered perfectly or replaced with love.
1. Non-Refundable Charges
In case of any return or exchange, the following charges shall be deducted from the refundable amount or payable at the time of exchange:
• Payment gateway & online transaction charges
• Courier / transport / reverse pickup charges
• Packaging & handling charges
• Processing fee (order processing, system updates, staff handling)
• Quality check (QC) & warehouse processing charges
• Restocking & inventory management costs
• COD handling fee (if applicable)
2. Refund Amount Calculation
Refund Amount = Product Value – Applicable Non-Refundable Charges
Only the net payable amount after deductions will be refunded.
3. Shipping Charges
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• In case of exchange, all replacement shipping charges shall be borne by the customer
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after successful product inspection and acceptance.
5. Final Authority
Mijaaj reserves the right to approve or reject any return, refund, or exchange request after inspection. The company reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
6. Exchange Process – Reverse Pickup Policy
• Reverse pickup service is not available
• Customer needs to courier the product back to us
• Once received, exchange will be processed
Important Note
Actual product color may slightly vary from the images shown due to lighting conditions, photography effects, and differences in screen resolution and display settings of each device (mobile, tablet, or computer). Such minor variations are natural and unavoidable.
Return Policy (for Custom Orders also)
Since most of our outfits are made-to-order just for you, we’re unable to accept general returns or refunds. These include:
• Change of mind
• Sizing issues due to incorrect measurements provided
• Personal style preferences after delivery

If your order has a mistake from our side, we promise to make it right.
Store Credit (If Applicable)
In rare cases where we agree to a refund, please note:
• Refunds will be provided as Store Credit to your website account
• Store credit can be used within 60 days of purchase
• Store credit is non-transferable and will expire within 60 days
Store Credit Option:
If you prefer store credit instead of exchange, the amount will be issued after deducting transportation (to & from) and payment gateway charges.

For international customers:
• Return/exchange shipping charges must be covered by the customer

Because we want you to feel amazing in your outfit, we offer one-time free alterations (you only cover the shipping to us). Whether it's a minor fit adjustment or a little tweak, we’re happy to help!
