Product Return Procedure Defective products must be returned via registered courier or airmail. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any charges beyond the initial shipping and packaging fees. Returned products must include the original invoice, packaging, and be in their original condition. Products must be returned within seven working days after confirmation from Mijaaj.
Safe Return Responsibility Ensuring the safe return of the product to Mijaaj is the customer’s responsibility.
Unavailable Items and Alternate Product Selection If for any reason, we are unable to deliver certain items in your order, you can choose an alternative product. If no alternative is selected, a refund will be issued for the undelivered items.
