No Exchange, Return, or Refund for Discounted Products
Items bought under any sale, offer, or discount are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund in any situation.

Refund Charges for Canceled Orders
If a customer cancels an item after the order has been processed, a 3% fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

No Return or Exchange for Customized Products
Products made to your measurements or made to order are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will not be provided for such items under any condition.

Damaged Packaging
If the package’s outer wrapping is damaged upon delivery, please inspect the item inside before accepting the delivery. In case of any issue, either refuse to accept it or make a note of the damage on the delivery document.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will offer store credit for future purchases, but refunds will not be given in such cases.

Complaint Submission
Any complaints must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the product. Your complaint email should include full details of any defects, packaging issues, or delivery concerns.

Product Return Procedure
Defective products must be returned via registered courier or airmail. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any charges beyond the initial shipping and packaging fees. Returned products must include the original invoice, packaging, and be in their original condition. Products must be returned within seven working days after confirmation from Mijaaj.

Safe Return Responsibility
Ensuring the safe return of the product to Mijaaj is the customer’s responsibility.

Unavailable Items and Alternate Product Selection
If for any reason, we are unable to deliver certain items in your order, you can choose an alternative product. If no alternative is selected, a refund will be issued for the undelivered items.

International Returns
We do not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will refund the purchase price paid for the item, but we will not refund any shipping costs, duties, fees, or taxes. In addition, Mijaaj reserves the right to charge you for any import duty or taxes paid while goods are returned, and if we are charged by the customs department for recovering the returned package. You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods back to us. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations after this period will not be accepted. If your cancellation request is received within the time frame, we will process your refund and notify you.
